Tax Practitioner Institute Please Note: Reservations for the Tax Practitioner Institute are no longer being accepted. The Office of Tax and Revenue will hold its 10th annual Tax Practitioner Institute 8:30 am to 4 pm Wednesday, January 7, 2009, at 941 North Capitol Street, NE, 4th Floor, Training Room A. This year's event will only be one day. This year, there are a number of tax law changes as well as a redesigned tax forms that we would like to share. However, space is limited and will be issued on a first-come, first-serve basis.
