Federal/State E-File Program

Tax Preparers and Software Developers

The Office of Tax and Revenue (OTR) invites all eligible practitioners and software developers to participate in the DC Federal/State joint E-File program. In response to practitioner requests and in order to make E-File more user-friendly, OTR has developed a paperless application process. Acceptance by the Internal Revenue Service constitutes acceptance by OTR. If you need additional information, please email ETSCAccount@dc.gov.
