Due to inclement weather, OTR’s Walk-In Center will have a delayed opening on Wednesday, January 28, and will open to the public at 10 am. We encourage taxpayers to complete their transactions online at MyTax DC or contact our Customer Service Call Center at 202-727-4TAX (4829) for assistance.
