The DC D-76 Estate Tax Computation Worksheets contain the information pertinent to the computation of tax for years after January 1, 2002, 2003, 2011, 2013, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
Please note that all forms are available electronically via the MyTax.DC.gov web portal. No paper forms will be available after May 2018. These forms include:
