What is Stevie Sellows ICF-IID?

The Stevie Sellows ICF-IID Quality Improvement Act requires that all intermediate-care facilities for the intellectually disabled pay a provider assessment on a quarterly basis.

Who Must File?

The facilities subject to the ICF-IID assessment are organizations that provide services to consumers with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as identified by the Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF).

Filing Frequency

Quarterly (based on the District's fiscal year -- October to September)

Due Dates

1st Quarter is October 1 - December 31; Due March 31

2nd Quarter is January 1 - March 31; Due June 30

3rd Quarter is April 1 - June 30; Due September 30

4th Quarter is July 1 - September 30; Due December 31
