It is your right to have information concerning your tax history, financial situation, assessments, or reviews kept in strict confidence. Any return information, correspondence or departmental discussions concerning your tax situation will be completely confidential.

Employees or former employees of the Office of Tax and Revenue (OTR) who violate this confidentiality are subject to criminal prosecution that may result in dismissal plus fines.
