Income and Expense Reports - Tax Year 2019

The Office of Tax and Revenue is offering two methods to file your Tax Year 2019 Income and Expense Report. Mandatory filers must submit the completed Report online (preferable) or by the paper filing method. The number of forms has also been reduced to three forms instead of the five previous versions. At any time you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the Income and Expense Program Coordinator at (202) 442-6794 for assistance. To ensure that you file reports on all of your affected properties, you may examine a comprehensive list of SSLs located here. Investment condominiums are listed as a range of SSLs near the end of the list.
