A nursing facility is a 24-hour inpatient facility, which primarily provides professional nursing, health-related, and other supportive services needed by the patient/resident.

What is Nursing Facility Assessment?

An assessment period for a fiscal year, wherein each nursing facility shall report net-resident revenue.
