The UCC filings listed above may be filed using electronic or paper media.

Electronic Filing: Article 9 UCC
When the filing is communicated electronically to the filing office, the basic fees shall be:
UCC Filing - $25.00
Surcharge per each document - $6.50
Processing fee - $5.00
