In-person appointments for OTR’s Walk-In Center and the Recorder of Deeds Office can be made here.

Closings in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer

The Office of Tax and Revenue's Customer Service Walk-in and Telephone Centers are closed today due to inclement weather.

The Office of Finance and Treasury Disbursing Operations and Check Production Office will not open. As a result, check printing for the Office of Tax and Revenue (tax refunds) and Department of Employment Services (unemployment) will be delayed. In addition, there will be no check pickups today for any agency.

The Office of the Chief Financial Officer's Office of Finance and Treasury also runs cashier's offices in a number of agencies. Due to the weather, cashier's offices at the Recorder of Deeds and Department of Motor Vehicles Traffic Adjudication branch will also be closed.

All Office of the Chief Financial Officer departments are expected to return to normal business operations on Tuesday, February 9.
