The Office of Tax and Revenue’s Customer Service Telephone Center is experiencing a high volume of calls today. Taxpayers requesting the status of their District of Columbia individual income tax refund may do so by clicking on the “Refund Status” icon, located at www.taxpayerservicecenter.com.
