March 2013 Vacant and Blight Properties

Some property tax bills were mailed to property owners prior to receiving the final list of Class 3 and Class 4 properties from the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs. OTR will be mailing corrected tax bills March 24, with a due date of April 24.
