New Sales and Use Tax Annual Filing and Payment Requirement

The Office of Tax and Revenue is transitioning the Sales and Use Annual filing requirement to October through September, from January through December.

2011 Filing

The annual filing for 2011 will be for the period January 1, 2011 through September 30, 2011. Annual filing and payments will be due October 20, 2011, instead of January 20, 2012.

Thereafter, the filing period will be October 1 through September 30, with a due date of October 20.
