The Office of Tax and Revenue (OTR), including the Customer Service Center, at 1101 4th St. SW, has reopened for normal business operations. OTR’s normal business hours are 8:15am to 5:30 pm.

In-person appointments for OTR’s Walk-In Center and the Recorder of Deeds Office can be made here.
