OTR Extends Customer Service Centers Hours

Call and Walk-In Centers will open from 7:30 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday.

In an effort to assist more taxpayers during the tax filing period, the District of Columbia Office of Tax and Revenue (OTR) announced today that it will extend its hours beginning Monday, March 7 through Friday, April 22, for its customer service Call and Walk-In Centers.

The Call Center, (202) 727-4TAX (4829), and Walk-In Center, located at 1101 4th Street, SW, Suite W270, Washington, DC 20024, will be open from 7:30 am to 6 pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Saturday Hours

OTR’s Walk-In Center will also be open on Saturdays, from 9 am to 1 pm, in addition to its Monday through Friday schedule.

The remaining Saturday schedule is as follows:

Saturday, March 5, 12, 19, and 26
Saturday, April 2 and 9
