Taxpayers can remit payment of their real property taxes as follows:

• Online: Visit OTR’s website, otr.cfo.dc.gov, under the “Real Property” tab and click “Online Bill Payment”
• In-Person: Visit any Wells Fargo bank in the District of Columbia 
• Mail: Remit a check or money order payable to the "DC Treasurer." Be sure to include the property's square, suffix and lot or parcel and lot numbers on the check or money order. Also include the top portion of the bill to help process the payment timely
