Recorder of Deeds Will Be Closed on Friday, June 25

The Recorder of Deeds (ROD), located at 515 D Street, NW, will be closed on Friday, June 25 in preparation for the move to its new location - 1101 4th Street, SW, 5th Floor, Washington, DC 20024. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

ROD will resume operations at its new location at 8:30 am Monday, June 28. The new location is conveniently adjacent to the Green Line Metrorail (Waterfront-SEU).
