The Office of Tax and Revenue’s Customer Service Call Center is experiencing a high volume of calls. You can check the status of your current year Individual Income tax refund online at https://www.taxpayerservicecenter.com/individual/Ind_RefundStatus_Logon.jsp

This site allows you to determine if your return has been received, if your final refund amount matches the amount you claimed, and if your refund has been mailed.

Simply log on using your social security number and the refund amount you claimed on your 2011 tax return.
